Payment Terms

Full payment or the prescribed minimum deposit is required to secure your spot. Remaining balances must be cleared prior to the trip departure date.

User Responsibilities During Trips

Travelers are responsible for their own punctuality, personal belongings, and well-being. Failure to adhere to group schedules may result in forfeiture of activities.

Travel Risks Disclaimer

Travel inherently involves risks. Pack & Go is not liable for issues arising from unpredictable weather, transit delays, or other unforeseen force majeure events.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to modify itineraries or cancel trips entirely due to safety concerns or extreme logistical challenges.

Code of Conduct

All participants must treat fellow travelers, locals, staff, and nature with respect. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may lead to immediate expulsion from the trip at the participant's expense.
