Refund & Cancellation Policy

If the User Cancels

• More than 5 days before trip: 80% refund
• 3–5 days before trip: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

If Pack & Go Cancels

In the rare event we have to cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund minus a standard 2% payment gateway processing charge.

Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Travel Credits

As an alternative option, refunds may be provided as lifetime travel credits for future Pack & Go adventures, applied at the user's discretion where applicable.
